Because homeopathic medicines are personalized for each patient, we cannot resell or reuse them.

Therefore:

1. Order Cancellation

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after dispatch.
If cancellation is required, you must inform us within 2 hours of order placement.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued only if:

• The package is damaged
• Wrong item sent
• Missing products

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

3. No Refund For

• Change of mind
• Improper storage by the customer
• Failure to follow dosage
• Consultation dissatisfaction (service rendered is non-refundable)
